Features

The Series 7000 Control Ball Valve combines globe valve rugged with the efficiency of a segmented rotary valve. This will be more suitable such as high capacity for heavy slurries, liquids, gas and steam services.

1. Flanged body design
   To fully meet ANSI class 150,300,600 cast flanged body reduces piping alignment and installation time, the flanged body is particularly convenient for quickly removing a valve from a line without a protracted shut-down of service.
   
2. Two pieces body design
   Tow pieces body design promoted more easy disassembly and assembly for repair, maintenance than one piece body construction.
   
3. High capacity flow design
   Tow pieces body design to make wide flow cavity and secure a high capacity flow coefficient.
   The full ports CV are normal 2~3 times against conventional globe, the high flow capacity combined with their controllability at small openings provides excellent range ability.
   
4. Good tightness
   Good leak tightness makes them well suited to a wide range of applications.
   The Val-seal ring and V-Notch ball promotes more smooth, non-clogging control with tight shut off.
   Available high temperature
   Metal seating and hardened trim parts allow them to be used in high-temperature and abrasive service.
   
5. Others
   • Heavy duty actuators(spring-cylinder and double cylinder) enclosed, Diaphragm type available.
